Thermomix experiment of the day – Soya Milk

I wonder why it takes so long before I made my own soya milk. oh yeah it’s because i thought its troublesome.
Well the end product is very satisfying, will definitely be making soya milk again

Ingredients
– 100g dried soybeans – soaked overnight
– 1lt of filtered water
– 50g palm sugar
– 2-3 stalk pandan leaves

I stored the soya milk in individual glass jars and keep it refrigerated
